These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sauna Living website, operated by Finnport Inc., a Canadian incorporated company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service or place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
2. Products
We make every effort to display the colour, dimensions, and other details of our products accurately. However, your screen may not display colours exactly. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may limit quantities.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
- Applicable taxes (GST, HST, PST) are calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order.
4. Order Acceptance
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for details on shipping methods, timeframes, and rates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the "Sauna Living" brand — is owned by Finnport Inc. or licensed to us, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or servers
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with anyone
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and products are provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Sauna products generate high temperatures. You assume all responsibility for safe use, appropriate ventilation, and consultation with a physician before sauna use if you have any medical condition.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finnport Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of Ontario.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
